Frequently asked questions
Do I need a static IP?
No. Your devices connect out to our server, so it works on broadband, Jio/Airtel mobile data or Wi-Fi, even behind CGNAT.
Will my internet become slow?
No. Only traffic for your private network goes through the VPN. YouTube, WhatsApp and normal browsing use your own internet as before.
Can other customers see my devices?
No. Every customer has a separate address block, and the server blocks all traffic between different customers.
How do I watch my CCTV with it?
Install a MikroTik router (or another WireGuard device) at the camera site and add its LAN in the panel. With the VPN on, open the DVR's local IP in your CCTV app. Or create a port forward to open it without the VPN app.
Which app do I need?
Only the free official WireGuard app. Use the download buttons above. MikroTik RouterOS v7 has WireGuard built in.
A port forward shows Red. What should I check?
The device must be online in the panel, and its own firewall must allow that port on the WireGuard connection. The device page shows the exact Windows command.
Is it secure?
Yes. All traffic between your devices and our server is encrypted by WireGuard. The panel uses HTTPS, blocks repeated wrong passwords, and every change is logged.
